I love wedding cake (well, it doesn't have to be wedding cake, it just really has to be cake). I love the fluffy cake texture and the creamy frosting and any and all fillings. My love of cake has been evident through countless birthdays, graduations and anniversaries. I'm embarrassed to admit that I once attended a party I had no interest in attending just because I received a tip that my favorite bakery had made the cake for the evening's festivities. Needless to say, there will be cake at my wedding.
We scheduled our first cake tasting for the end of the month so I've started to look around for some inspiration. I think we will likely go with something clean and simple, but some of these cakes are absolutely unbelievable. Take a look.
