Info Post
i started this post because i've been obsessing about ice pops. images of ice pops have been popping up everywhere i look - magazines, blogs, pinterest.... i've seen recipes for creamy pops (complete with milk, yogurt, and iced cream), pops filled with flavorful fresh fruit, and my all time favorite - those that double as a cocktail with just a splash of your favorite liquor. 

i decided that like most other things, homemade is the way to go... and purchased this ice pop mold. so now my wheels are turning... the flavor possibilities are endless. do you make ice pops at home? what are your favorite flavors? i'm going to be trying a few recipes this week.. i'll let ya know how it goes. 



i thought the discussion of ice pops would be all there was to this post, until i stumbled across the below image. talk about s'mores gone terribly, terribly, right... a) dessert in a jar b) gorgeous presentation c) toasty marshmallows and chocolate and graham ? yes please, thank you very much.
